Dinara was built because the people I love deserved better than what exists.
I was the person using five different apps. MyFitnessPal for calories. Strong for workouts. A notes app for tracking supplements. Texts to my coach asking what programme to follow. Google for every health question. Nothing talked to each other. Nothing understood the full picture.
So I built Dinara for myself. One app where nutrition, workouts, health conditions, and AI coaching all lived together. Where the AI actually understood my goals, my body, and my limitations.
Then everything changed.
My partner has PCOS, abdominal separation, and two C-sections behind her. She's a beginner who only does home workouts. Every fitness app she tried gave her the same generic advice β "just do more cardio." None of them understood her body, her conditions, or her history.
She's now pregnant with our third child. I watched her try to track symptoms, prepare for midwife appointments, and understand what was happening week by week β using three separate apps that didn't talk to each other, none of which knew about her PCOS or her medications.
Someone else close to me takes 24 medications a day. She has lupus, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain. She uses a paper diary to track her pills because no app handles that many medications properly. Her GP appointments are frustrating because she can't remember which symptoms happened when.
Millions of women with PCOS are told to "just lose weight" by their GPs. Their fitness apps set calorie targets that ignore insulin resistance. Their period trackers do nothing with that data to adapt nutrition or training.
So I rebuilt everything around the people that health apps ignore.
Dinara is not a fitness app. It is not a calorie counter. It is not a period tracker.
Dinara is a personal health operating system.
I believe everyone deserves an AI health companion that understands their whole picture β their conditions, their medications, their cycle, their pregnancy, their body, their mind, their goals. Not fragments across five different apps that never talk to each other.
I'm building towards a future where Dinara connects with your GP, reads your blood tests, syncs with your watch, predicts flare-ups before they happen, and helps you live the healthiest version of your life β whatever health means for you.
Whether you're managing PCOS, navigating pregnancy, recovering postpartum, or training for a marathon β Dinara meets you where you are.
Dinara is named after someone real. Someone whose health journey inspired this entire project. The name represents every person who has ever felt unsupported by the healthcare system β and my commitment to building something that genuinely helps.
I'm building the future of personal health. Be part of it from the beginning.
