Dinara is an AI-powered health, fitness and wellbeing platform operated by Snap Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16390638, with its registered office at 347a Wallisdown Road, Poole, BH12 5BU. "Dinara" is our trading name. The platform provides: AI-based health coaching, nutrition and calorie tracking, workout programming and tracking, medication tracking, cycle and pregnancy tracking, postpartum support including an EPDS mental health screening tool, blood result interpretation, supplement recommendations, connected healthcare professional sharing, and connected personal trainer (coach) functionality. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
Dinara is a health, fitness and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. AI responses, blood result interpretations, pregnancy and postpartum content, medication information, nutrition guidance, supplement suggestions, and EPDS screening results provided by Dinara are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional (your GP, midwife, health visitor, pharmacist, dietitian, or other appropriate clinician) before making medical decisions, starting or stopping medications, changing your diet during pregnancy, or acting on any guidance you see in the app. In an emergency β including severe bleeding, chest pain, signs of pre-eclampsia, suicidal thoughts, or any other acute crisis β call 999 or go directly to your nearest A&E. For urgent but non-emergency situations, call NHS 111. For mental health crisis support, Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123 or at samaritans.org. See our dedicated Medical Disclaimer page at dinara.uk/medical-disclaimer for more detail.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Dinara. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 and that any information you provide is accurate and about you (not someone else). Some features β particularly pregnancy tracking and postpartum mental health screening β are designed with adult users in mind and may not be appropriate for all 16 and 17 year-olds. Please consider whether Dinara is right for you, and involve a trusted adult or healthcare professional if you are unsure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong unique password and do not share your credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you suspect unauthorised access.
You retain ownership of all personal and health data you enter into Dinara. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Dinara service to you. You may delete your data at any time using the in-app tools or by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention and your rights.
Dinara offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Prices are shown in-app at the point of purchase. Free trials: if a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel in-app at any time. Renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation: you can cancel at any time in the app or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. 14-day cooling-off period: new UK consumers have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by starting to use paid features within the 14-day period, you agree to begin the service immediately and waive the right to a refund for usage up to the point of cancellation. This is standard practice for digital services. To cancel and request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Refunds: outside the 14-day cooling-off period, we generally do not offer refunds for unused portions of paid periods, but we consider exceptional circumstances case-by-case. Contact us at [email protected]. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
Where you choose to connect a healthcare professional to your account, you control the sharing through explicit per-category consent. Dinara facilitates this sharing but is not responsible for any clinical decisions made by a healthcare professional based on data they view through the portal. Healthcare professionals using the portal are responsible for their own professional registration, competence and standards of care. The portal is not a substitute for NHS systems, electronic patient records, or any official medical record.
Personal trainers (coaches) using the coach portal provide fitness, wellbeing and lifestyle guidance β not medical advice. Dinara facilitates the coach-client relationship but is not responsible for the quality, accuracy or outcomes of coaching provided. Coaches are responsible for operating within their own professional competence and any relevant certifications. You are free to disconnect from a coach at any time.
